Witkrans Farm offers self catering cottages in the beautiful Flower Valley in the Overberg, Western Cape. The units are private and therefore ideal for those looking to get away from the city. Only two hours out of Cape Town.

Guests can choose between Buchu or Cone Bush cottage, which are separate self-catering cottages. Buchu Cottage is a 4 sleeper cottage with breathtaking mountain views. The cottage has a small indoor fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and an undercover patio and braai. Two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other with two singles.

Cone Bush Cottage is a cottage that once stood in the Kogelberg Nature Reserve. The cottage boasts a fireplace and the open-plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen. There is a private path to the swimming dam and a covered patio and braai area offer views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can watch the stars as they sit back in the wood-burning hot tub in the garden. The garden also has a fire pit and a cozy sitting area with cushions.

The farm offers breathtaking views of the Witkrans and Swartkrans mountains as well as well marked hiking trails of various distances. The property is also a member of Birdlife SA and a bird list available. The property is well located for easy access to neighbouring De Uijlenes and Murasie (wedding venues), and Platbos (day hikes in a beautiful indigenous forest), Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy MTB trail Klipspringer as well as being just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches at Franskraal and Stanfords Cove in De Kelders.
