Oceanview Resort is located in Kilimani, a beachfront on the south-western peninsula of the Zanzibar Island. It is only 5 minutes from Stone Town, with its many charming streets and architecture.

The resort accommodates families, couples and business travellers in 53 guest rooms. There are five Superior Sea View Rooms which are built on stilts and set right on the beach, 27 Sea View Rooms that set higher on the cliffs with beautiful views of the ocean, and 20 Standard Rooms set amid the tropical gardens with a myriad of fruit trees and flowers.
