We are situated within the lovely 18-hole championship golf course, Selborne Golf Estate. The house has two bedrooms that are both situated upstairs. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There are sliding doors leading from the bedroom onto the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Downstairs is a large open-plan lounge, dining room and granite topped kitchen with breakfast area and bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery.

Leading off the lounge and dining room is a lovely tiled patio with recliners, a six-seater wooden table and chairs and a weber braai. The wooded garden with trees has a wooden deck and stairway leading down to the grassed area with a swimming pool.

There are many activities to enjoy within the immediate area, from the 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, lodge with restaurant, to a swimming pool. There is a lovely beach within a five-minute drive, where you can enjoy bathing, surfing, snorkelling and just relaxing and soaking up the sun.
