It is a beautiful apartment and the 2 bedrooms are spacious. One room with queen bed is en-suite with a shower and the room leads into the balcony. There is a second bathroom with a bath. The second room has two single beds. There is a Sleeper couch in the lounge where and an extra person can sleep. The lounge is air-conditioned and leads onto the large balcony which leads directly onto the large garden. The apartment complex is very lush with two fantastic pool areas and large grass area.
Walking distance to Camps Bays spectacular blue flag beach and a 4-minute drive to Clifton beaches. 2 large crystal clear swimming pools, BBQ (BRAAI) area, Airconditioning, Large balcony, parking, secure, WIFI. 15-minute drive to the Constantia Winelands. Secure gated complex with an evening security guard 7pm-7am every night on the premises just as added security. Washing machine and dishwasher inside the unit.
