Ocean Valley View

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Morgan Bay, Ocean Valley View offers comfortable, relaxing self-catering accommodation within very easy walking distance of the sea. The house is positioned in order to take advantage of the wonderful 180-degree views which look onto the ocean and the greenbelt valley and cliffs.

View the sea-spray shower as waves crash into the rocks. Just relax on the balconies upstairs or on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The house is furnished as a fresh, comfortable family retreat, sleeping eight to 10 guests.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan living area comprising an entrance area, two living rooms, a kitchen and a large wooden deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Hi-Fi in the living room; please bring your own DStv smart card and decoder. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The first, or upper, floor has three bedrooms each leading onto its own balcony. The main en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, the second bedroom a queen-size bed and the third bedroom three single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet, a basin and a shower.

All bedding is supplied but guests are requested to bring their own towels. We offer an outside braai area and there is a driveway for safe parking. The house is situated 200 m from the sea and 600 m from Morgan Bay's beach.

Rates vary according to the season, length of stay and the number of people booking; rates vary between R 800 and R 1600 per night for the house.
