Ostrich Divaz is situated on a working ostrich farm in the heart of the Klein Karoo just outside of Calitzdorp. The country cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation ideal for a couples looking for a private retreat on the popular Route 62.

This luxurious and comfort cottage sleeps two people and is fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and all cutlery and crockery. There is also a private barbeque facility and patio area where guests can relax.

Great Place by

Location is perfect, you are in the countryside and at the same time close to town.  The accommodation was very neat and clean, it had all we needed.  Karin is communicative and very helpful. Our stayed was very pleasant, although very short (only one night), next time we'll have to come for longer to explore Calitzdorp.  So if you are looking for a place to base yourself to explore the area or you are on your way to somewhere else I'll definitely recommend Ostrich Divaz


Lovely Stayover by

We only stayed one night, but it was wonderful!

It was neat, clean and comfortable and everything we needed was there. 

The peace and tranquility made us feel like staying longer, but we had to move on to the Garden Route.

Next time, we will stop over here again.

Definitely recommended.

Accommodation was not what we expected. Would have preferred more privacy between bathroom and kitchen area. No door between bathroom and kitchenette not very pleasant site. Better signs to get to accommodation would help as very poorly signposted.

We enjoyed staying in this very comfortable self catering cottage.

Beautiful room by

Kallie and Karin were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the room was well equipped for the cold August weather. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking but there are plenty of lovely restaurants in Calitzdorp.
