Otto was awarded the AfriSam SAIA Architectural Award 2016.Otto House has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living area and a decked dining room with a swimming area. The Otto Shack is set just beyond the main house and has one en-suite bedroom. The house and the Shack have brilliant views of the river. This is the ideal accommodation for guests seeking a relaxing, no-fuss stay.

Close enough to town, but far enough away to be peaceful and really enjoy nature. Everything about this house is well thought out.. from the big things like the modern kitchen and beautiful wooden doors to little things like the unique sink basins and super soft towels. The dogs are friendly and the property is so private that it doesn't feel like you're in Maun, except for the donkeys of course! :)
We loved the design, furnishings and attention to detail. I have stayed in many places around Maun but this hidden gem is tops! I will highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Awesome off the grid guest home by Lorraine Aveling Fountain 18 April 2017 It would be extremely helpful to put up decent signage in finding Otto House. We found the written directions very cryptic. This was annoying after driving for hours and then getting lost. However, that said well worth the effort. Also take you own drinking and cooking water. All the water is from the river/delta.
