Peacehaven is situated in East Griqualand, at the tip of the Southern Drakensberg and central to Pietermaritzberg, Durban and Umtata. Located just 5 km off the N2, this cosy and intimate guest house with a magnificent view of Mount Currie offers you a warm welcome.

The sunny bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, whilst in the lounge, a roaring fire and soft chairs are irresistible when the weather turns cold. Delicious country meals are served in the cosy dining room or on the verandah overlooking a picturesque English garden.

Great experience with wonderful hosts. Dinner and Breakfast excellent.

A true haven of peace situated in the lovely countryside just outside the very busy little town of Kokstad. The home has a beautiful view, the rooms are very pleasant and the staff most helpful. We needed an overnighter that offered dinner - and what a delicious meal. Hats off to Pat and James. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Peacehaven Guest House. We had the best dinner during our holidays. Pat and James are very kindly hosts. The house is quiet and peaceful and we had an interesting evening with our hosts and other guests. I can recommend Peacehaven Guest House and hope to come back.
