Peace Haven is a beautiful guest house situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Vryburg, with lovely views over the nature reserve. Vryburg lies on the N14, due west of the towns of Klerksdorp and Orkney.
The guest house offers four comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, a TV with DStv and a bar fridge. There is a lovely patio area with seating for some relaxation in the sun.
Vryburg is a modest town that finds itself in the heart of cattle farming country, in what is now known as the Bophirima region. There is still a sense of history in Vryburg, boasting a few national monuments, including a stone church built in 1904 by the London Missionary Station. Other attractions in the area include a golf course, an annual agricultural show, the Leon Taljaard Nature Reserve, and rock engravings at Kinderdam.
