Pettigrew's Place

Pettigrew's Place is a large and spacious house on the beautiful Selborne Park Golf Estate. The house sleeps 10 people and is ideal for a large travelling party. The house is well equipped and provides everything guests require for a relaxed self-catering holiday.

There are four bedrooms upstairs that have twin beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a fifth bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed. An additional bunk room sleeps two children and there is a sleeper couch in the upstairs living area for two more people. Each of the bedrooms has a TV.

The open-plan lounge area has a flat-screen TV with DStv and a state-of-the-art sound system. Off of the lounge is a billiard room with a large bar area and a TV, perfect for those sport matches.

A large dining room table that seats 10 is situated just off the lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine, a tumble-dryer and a fridge-freezer with an ice maker. The house has limited cleaning services.

Outside, guests can relax on lounge furniture or around the table. Braai facilities are available. The lush garden is home to both a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The house comes with a private golf cart.

Selborne Park Golf Course was South Africa's first golf estate. The golf course has matured into one of the most eye-catching courses and is lined by rocks and a forested area. Pennington has a sub-tropical climate which allows guests to enjoy the stretches of white beaches year round. Enjoy long strolls on the beach, swimming and fishing.
