Pirates Place

Pirates Place is situated in a quiet corner within the San Marino holiday estate on the banks of the Keurbooms River. The estate boasts 50 m of riverfront with communal lawns and benches. There are two slipways for launching boats, and boat mooring facilities along the riverfront. The estate also has a communal swimming pool and plenty of open space for kids to play. The unit is a nine sleeper: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs) - king size bed, on-suite bathroom (shower only), balcony, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) - king size bed, on-suite bathroom (shower and bath), balcony, ceiling fan. Loft (Upstairs) ? 3/4 sleeper couch, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 (Downstairs) - king size bed, ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) - double bed. There is a third bathroom downstairs with combination shower and bath. Also downstairs are the open plan kitchen and lounge areas, leading out onto the forward facing deck area; the built-in braai is situated just off of the deck area. There is sufficient parking for four vehicles and a boat or trailer at the rear of the unit. The unit is equipped with a pre-paid electricity meter; instructions for use will be provided.
