The big and airy room 10 was stunning, with magnificent views of the bay, and stunning furnishings including facilities such as the private spa bath on the patio.
Alan and Byron made the stay even more pleasurable with their accommodating personalities. Byron called us one morning to invite us to a braai he was preparing for other guests of the hotel, making the experience even more personal and welcoming.
The breakfast setting on the outside patio was superb, offering great quality food with a picture perfect view of the ocean and surrounds. Hotel Primi Royal is a hotel of world class service and facilities, and well worth visiting for business or pleasure. The view by Kucki Low 05 May 2017 The room was tiny, and falsely advertised on the website and brochure. Rooms were advertised as much bigger and a lot more luxurious than in reality. Finishes were old, furniture was in terrible condition.
The lowest setting for the air-conditioner was 18 degrees, and the room was boiling hot with the afternoon sun. The curtains had to be drawn in order to keep the room cool - defeating the purpose of having sea facing room. The sliding door to the outside DID NOT LOCK and there was an exterior walk way between all rooms, which meant anyone could access the room from the outside.
Staff were helpful and friendly, but the establishment needs a huge revamp of rooms and marketing campaign.
For R1300 per night, this is a rip off. I would not recommend staying here. PRIMI ROYAL LOCATION
