Pumula Surf Camp

Pumula Surf Camp is a basic, rustic surf camp situated just a 300m stroll to the stunning Pumula Beach which is great for surfing, fishing, diving, snorkeling and just hanging out with the family. We specialize in Surf lessons, surfboard hire, surf tours, beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons, surf guiding and much more. We are a family run establishment, the surf house is surrounded by indigenous bush, we share the property with a pack of friendly dogs, some cats, vervet monkeys, bush buck, chickens, porcupines and some wild and free children. The resident bush buck, just might make an appearance and you will most certainly hear her bark, along with the sounds of the vervet monkeys, tons of birdlife, hear the fish eagles call and see them soar.
Take a walk in the mangrove forest and simply fall in love with it, its stunning. Just one hour south of Durban city and you arrive in a tropical paradise.

The camp surf house comprises of three bedrooms, one family room, one double room and one dorm room and shared bathroom and kitchen amenities. The abode also offers guests Wi-Fi Internet access, a large deck for relaxing, a garden with braai facilities, laundry conveniences, Airport pick up's, tours to various places on request, parking on the premises. Great for surfers as the camp offers surf trips, surf lessons and yoga lessons too, and surfboard hire. The camp is run by locals with over 20 years surf knowledge.

All meals can be provide at an extra cost.
The surf camp also offer discounts for longer stays.
The owners and staff are friendly, outgoing, chilled people who are willing to organize and sort things out for you, whatever you may need just ask.
There is a pack of friendly dogs on the premises, The surf camp is a family run establishment and you are definitely made to feel like one of the family.
The owners live in a separate private residence on the property so are available whenever you need them, or if you don't that's cool too
