4 Shore is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double story unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views from the balconies in a secure complex in Ramsgate North.
The main bedroom is fitted with a king bed, and the second and third bedrooms with queen beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Then there is a separate toilet and basin downstairs and a separate toilet upstairs.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher, as well as a kitchen nook with seating for 4 with a door from the kitchen leading into the garage. The comfortable lounge suite seats six and is equipped with a HiFi, DVD player and a flat screen TV with full DSTV so its not necessary to bring your own. There are sliding doors off the lounge and kitchen, leading onto an enclosed courtyard with a built-in braai area. with patio furniture supplied for your use.
The main and second bedroom have sliding doors leading onto a balcony with amazing sea views and there is also a separate balcony off the passage. There is a garage and an extra parking bay allocated to this unit. The complex is about 300 m away from the Lawrence Rocks beach and all shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
