Ramsgate Mews 3

Ramsgate Mews 3 is a self-catering holiday apartment with scenic sea views in a secure complex in Ramsgate North, just 100 meters from the beach.

Recently renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to four guests and comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and ceiling fans. The large bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The dining area seats four guests, and the lounge has a comfortable leather couch, two comfortable chairs and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and full DStv that needs to be paid extra for the owner to turn it on.

The open-plan living area has a ceiling fan. The lounge area's doors open to a balcony with braai facilities, outdoor furniture and a 180 ° sea view. There is secure basement parking large enough for a pickup truck and trailer, or two vehicles.

The unit is not serviced during the stay, but a cleaning service can be arranged at extra cost. All linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
