Ridgemor Villa is a farm guesthouse dating back to 1670, one of the oldest farms in the area and is on the doorstep of Somerset West & Stellenbosch, surrounded by the breathtaking Hottentots Holland mountains. We offer seven luxurious spacious and private en-suit rooms with balconies with views of the garden & swimming pool.

The rooms are carpeted with under floor heating, air-conditioning, Satellite TV's and all room amenities such as bathrobes, a small safe and tea and coffee facilities. The marble bathrooms are equipped with a bath, shower, double basin, and heated towel rails with large, soft bath towels

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. We are with in 25 minutes drive from the airport and half an hour from Cape Town, and offer guests the door to all the best wine districts, including Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl where one can discover South Africa's most unique vineyards and restaurants.

Perfect getaway by

A perfect, peaceful, home away from home. Beautiful garden, ample space and privacy and all pictures are a true reflection of this well maintained establishment. Staff and service was also delight to deal with. This establishment could do with a kitchen that provides 24hr service, but that is not problem when there are numerous fast foods on your door step. There is no spectacular mountain or beach view when you are up on your balcony but you are however encapsulated by the tall trees and plant life of the garden which gives you the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. A bar counter and braai built into the sparkling pool is a big plus, but not shown in any pics. If quiet relaxing time is what you need then this will tick all your boxes.
