Thank you for the service, I was particularly made warmly welcomed by GABORONE, the guy at reception, he remembered my name throughout my stay and that was pleasantly surprising considering that the whole venue was fully booked.

Reception was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast by

Firstly the breakfast does afford one to choose what they want to eat and drink but also how you want some of the aspects such as eggs. The same variety including even on the tea, it's like the message was, take it or leave. Despite what I'm stating above, even the quantity of the food was limited whereby one had to wait for some time while they have gone to the kitchen. The waiting was too long for a person who operates on schedules. I suggest you do away with breakfast or improve in that area otherwise it's not encouraging.

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the Reception service can improve a bit when people are checking in.
