Slean, neat and tranquila and so close to Gateway Mall. Anton Bonginkosi Mbanjwa, South Africa Sunday, 08 November 2015 On my arrival I introduced myself and I told the person who was helping me that I booked online and gave him the ref no. He requested my I'd book or drivers license of which I went to fetch from the car. When I returned he said hw I am I going to pay I told him that I hv already paid on line and showed him the confirmation email and he said he doesn't have proof that I have paid because the system is showing zero. He went to the supervisor who demanded that I must email the confirmation letter to them then I refused I told them Safari should have emailed them that information not me. I feel they are not operating professional I would not recommend to anyone to go there. My Stay at Road Lodge by Malebo Lekalakala 04 July 2017 I enjoyed my stay. Very clean,and have great stuff.

Good by Zamani Mthembu 04 June 2018 Overall :the room was good,staff was friendly from the reception,room service and in the dinning hall plus it was not my first time staying in this beautiful lodge Worse nightmare booking!!!!, by Jane Maloisane 02 July 2018 My booking was not corresponding with the hotel, when I got there, hence I booked with SAFARINOW.COM, quite a nightmare day light, had to wait, for the hotel manager to contact, Safarinow.com, they never send me a reference, but,pretty quick to take my money, with out confirming my stay @ the hotel, I Payed online for 3 nights, I get there no booking, then the hotel manager called them and they only pay for my 2 nights of staying, called them again, mind you they didn't apologise for the inconvenience, I called them demanding my balance money for the total money I payed, they told me it will take a week for me to get my money back, yet I persistently called them for 2 days , eventually my money was reversed, over roll, I was stressed, got sick , even went to the doctor, as I can't take stress very well....I wouldn't recommend anyone to do their bookings with them.....
