Robin's Rest

Welcome to the wonderful Robin's Rest in the sought after suburb of Kwaaiwater in Hermanus. Situated on the main road near the golf course and the famous Cliff Path, this newly renovated house offers charming contemporary accommodation.

There are five double bedrooms; four rooms have double beds and one room has two three-quarter beds. They all have en-suite bathrooms and decorated private patios. The rooms are individually appointed in contemporary elegance and have DStv facilities. They are all on ground level with a lovely flow to the swimming pool where you can lounge on a sunny wooden deck.

The easy going breakfast area flows onto the pool patio and large glass sliding doors take you out onto the restful patio with large cane chairs to relax in. You will be thrilled and inspired by the interesting art that adorn the walls of the open areas. Pleasing to the eye and thought provoking, the artworks blend in beautifully with the interiors.

The ground floor lounge is furnished in soft colours and the flat screen TV gives access to selected DStv channels. The spacious upstairs lounge boasts unspoiled views over Walker Bay and on a clear day, you can watch the whales at play and gaze at the endless horizon of the Atlantic Ocean. The lounge is dressed in modern colours with a dining room table, relaxing couches and a large plasma TV which makes this an enjoyable place to watch your favourite sports channel. Guests can help themselves from the well-stocked minibar and feel free to savour delicious English breakfasts or sunset cocktails here.

Robin's Rest is a short stroll from the beautiful Cliff Path that leads to the pristine Grotto and Voelklip beaches, or for the hiking and fynbos enthusiast, the Fernkloof Nature Reserve is just around the corner. A five-minute drive takes guests shopping in the Hermanus village with a selection of boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
