Beste location in Parys!!! Come and stay in the charming Rose Acres Guesthouse located in the heart of Parys, Freestate. Just an hour from Johannesburg and two hours from Pretoria. Walking distance from restaurants, art galleries and antique shops. We are close to the Vaal River. Rose Acres features six luxury suites with open plan bathroom and private entrance leading in from the garden. The suites are all comfortable with king-size beds, bedding and bath towels. All the suites have an open plan design with tea and coffee facilities, no cooking facilities. Guests can make use of the communal braai facilities and there is ample secure parking. Free Wi-Fi.

first of all, the place is very nice and clean, we had a wonderful weekend, I love each and everything about the rose acres, the owners were amazing, the best service ever, thank you so much Hester you are the best

Everything was great but please turn the ight off I. The court yard because it sho e into our window and kept us awake. Maybe there should be bonds in the room?

Rose Acres is a lovely well kept guest house where you realy feel at home away from home. Once you've arrived, explore the lovely little town Parys and what it has to offer on foot. Everything is within walking distance from the guest house. It is safe, neat and peaceful. Well worth a visit.

Good location by

The room was very neat and modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Walking distance from all shops and restaurants, ideal for a one night stop over to explore the town.
