Rusinga Island Lodge is a private retreat nestled on Rusinga Island. It is found in Lake Victoria, one of the world's largest freshwater lakes in western Kenya.

The lodge consists of six comfortably furnished cottages with one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There is a seventh family cottage with two bedrooms and an inter-leading door. All cottages contain a living- and dressing area and a spacious veranda that overlooks the gardens and Lake Victoria. A swimming pool is available for use by guests where they can also have a barbecue. Meals are served on the lawns, in the gazebo, in the mess or candle-lit style on the jetty and are made using home-grown ingredients.

Guests do not have to travel far to find things to do as the island offers a host of activities for all. There is fishing, bird watching, hiking and a variety of water sports.
