Sabuti 95 Simbiti Eco Estate offers a luxury seaside holiday in Ballito, just a short distance away from the beach. It is ideal for large groups and guests looking for an elegant and exclusive getaway.

This ground-floor apartment has four air-conditioned bedrooms and three private bathrooms. A spacious open-plan living area consists of a stylish lounge with a TV and DStv access, and a dining table seating up to eight guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for all your self-catering needs.

The living area leads out onto a covered patio with ample seating and a wooden deck. The patio has braai facilities for guests to enjoy and there is also a large Jacuzzi for guests to relax in while appreciating the stunning sea views of Thompsons Bay.

A tennis court and a swimming pool are available for the more active guest. The apartment lies between Ballito and Salt Rock, providing a tranquil place to enjoy the serene environment.

Due to the current water restrictions in Ballito the use of the Jacuzzi at the unit is until further notice not allowed by the estate. Out of the control of management.

The family truly enjoyed every moment in this spacious and fully quality equipped unit. The morning coffee on the stoep and the afternoon splash in the jacuzzi are highlights that will not be forgotten.

Real piece of heaven by

Our family of 5 including 3 kids stayed 9 days in this magnificent unit. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. The unit is well maintained, the rooms are big and beautiful. The owner put a lot of thought into the design of the rooms. The living room was just great to sit with the family and watch TV or play some cards. As for the outside area, we saw a whale on one of the mornings. Every day we woke up early and drank our coffee in front of the amazing view of the bay. The Eco-estate has a lot to offer as well with a country club offering tennis courts, swimming pool, a great restaurant as well as a golf course. There are several exits from the estate which was convenient to go to Ballito and exploring this amazing coastline. All in all, just perfect. We will be back again. The Yehud family

Directions to this place are not so clear. Took forever to get there.But when we eventually did get there, it was worth it. Just work on getting the directions right on the website as it was showing address for the complex itself and you still have to get there first before entering the complex and finding the correct complex.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need! Will definitely be booking here again. We also received great service from the owner and rental agent.
