San Lameer Villa 2909 is located on the San Lameer Estate which is South Africa's own tropical paradise and has something to offer the whole family, with direct access onto two magnificent Blue Flag beaches. The climate of San Lameer is pleasantly sub-tropical, with cool breezes from the Indian Ocean, and is the dream holiday location for golfers, beach-lovers and families.

San Lameer is a 169-hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18-hole, professional golf course, a world-class hotel and spa. There are also two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill, tennis and squash courts, and many other activities available.

San Lameer Villa 2909 is well-situated between the beach and the hotel. This air-conditioned villa comprises two bedrooms and a loft room, a kitchen, lounge and patio area. The first bedroom is located upstairs and contains a twin single beds that can be made up together on request. The loft room also contains twin single beds and there is an upstairs bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite. Linen and bath towels are also provided.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove and oven, and a kettle. The comfortable lounge area includes a flat screen TV with a DVD player and DStv and leads through glass sliding doors to a patio with braai facilities and outside dining furniture.
