San Lameer Villa 3402 is located on the San Lameer Estate which is South Africa's own tropical paradise and has something to offer the whole family, with direct access onto two magnificent Blue Flag beaches. San Lameer is a 169-hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately-owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18-hole, professional golf course, a world-class hotel and spa. There are also two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill, tennis and squash courts, and many other activities available.
San Lameer Villa 3402 is well-situated between the beach and the hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a pond with fish and birdlife. This air-conditioned villa comprises two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and covered patio. The upstairs bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom contains twin beds that can be made up together as a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Linen and bath towels are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. The comfortable lounge area includes a flat screen TV with a PVR DStv decoder and a DVD player, and the covered patio offers braai facilities.
