San Lameer Villa 3403 is located on the San Lameer Estate which is South Africa's own tropical paradise and has something to offer the whole family, with direct access onto two magnificent Blue Flag beaches. The climate of San Lameer is pleasantly sub-tropical, with cool breezes from the Indian Ocean, and is the dream holiday location for golfers, beach-lovers and families.

San Lameer is a 169-hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately-owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18-hole, professional golf course, a world-class hotel and spa. San Lameer Villa 3403 is well-situated between the beach and the hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a pond with fish and birdlife. This air-conditioned villa comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, and kitchen area. The upstairs main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional three-quarter bed. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. The comfortable lounge includes a flat screen TV with full PVR bouquet. This is also linked to a TV in the main bedroom. This villa also features a patio with built-in braai facilities and a weber braai. The villa is serviced daily.
