Sea La Vie Self-Catering is a cosy apartment in the Breakers apartment building, situated in the popular Hout Bay area, close to Chapmans Peak Drive. This apartment offers secure accommodation for four guest and has views of the mountains and ocean from the balcony.

The modern open-plan living area is comfortably furnished to ensure a hassle free self-catering holiday. This double-storey apartment has one bedroom on the main living floor and a second bedroom downstairs. The living area comprises a kitchen and lounge which leads out onto a balcony. The kitchen comes complete with wooden cabinets, a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a microwave, and all cutlery and crockery for preparing your own meals. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa facing a TV with DStv channels. The small balcony has a table with four chairs where guest can relax and enjoy the views towards Chapmans Peak.

An alarm system with armed response is installed for your peace of mind. The apartment building has parking and 24-hour security.

Good location..we stayed there for a family vacation. Unit a bit small for 4 people would not recommend this for a family of more than 3.The step up to the kitchen is very unpractical and also dangerous if you have small kids.The unit is otherwise clean and very modern.
