The house is new and very well equipped It has a great view and close to the beach. We can't wait to go back. The only thing that was a problem was that none of the large dustbins in the estate were ever emptied but I assume that was due to something that can easily be fixed. Rain or shine this is one of the best spots in the area. Magical Mozamboogy Experience by Daniel Peters 30 July 2018 What could be improved : Our hostess Natasha was not prompt to reply to our questions, arrangements or follow ups. We would have appreciated consistency in this regard. Natasha did not make an appearance on our arrival. We arrived at 16:30 and after exploring around the deserted reception area we were eventually greeted by the local Visa Alta staff who gave us an envelope full of keys. We were escorted up to our unit and found there was no toilet paper. The next day a uniformed lady asked us for a key deposit of R500 and our banking details to initiate the refund once the keys were returned and any damages assessed. As Natasha and Safari have all our details and we were never informed of having to pay any key deposit so
we refused to give our bank details but still gave over the R500 in cash as requested. We wish to ascertain when this deposit will be returned and by which medium this will be initiated?
What we loved and enjoyed was the amazingly beautiful sea view setting. Secluded from the other units we had all the privacy we could have wished for. Nestled in nature we ensured to close up all the hatch's when leaving the unit Incase monkeys wanted to pay a visit. The short strol along the wooden walkways down to the beach contributed to the ease and simplicity of our magical experience. The accommodation was beautiful and well appointed with all the amenities one could wish for. We will definitely recommend Serendipity and would love to arrange another vacation in the near future.
