It is located in a small and exclusive estate that has extensive and beautifully maintained gardens as well as good security.This 2-bedroom unit can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms with the main bathroom en-suite. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds and air-conditioners. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher and washing machine.Leading off the kitchen is the dining area with a 4-seater dining table. The lounge area is cosy, with a comfy couch, 2 chairs and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. (Uncapped Wifi is available for an additional R35 per day). Leading from the lounge through sliding doors is a spacious undercover patio area. There is a lovely seating area with a couch, as well as a 10 seating table for outside dining. The unit has 2 Weber braai's available for guests to use in the garden or at the pool in the estate.Beach equipment including an umbrella, goggles, snorkels, flippers, boogie board, surf board and beach toys as well as beach towels are available at the apartment so no need to bring yours along. A cleaning service is included Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays. More time for mom and dad to relax and enjoy themselves. Bird life is abundant with both seed and fruit eaters visiting constantly to eat from feeders set up in the vegetation adjoining the undercover patio. There are no stairs to gain access to the apartment and the lock up garage is part of the main building with 1 additional parking. King Shaka International Airport is 18 km south of Salt Rock.
