Magaliesburg is a small town situated below the Witwatersrand mountain range in Gauteng, South Africa. This small village lies at the heart of a beautiful region of mountains, valleys, rivers and indigenous woodland - home to a variety of birds. But it is not all natural bushveld.

Accommodation is offered in two fully equipped self-catering chalets that each sleep up to a maximum of six people, and two country houses accommodating up to a maximum of 25 people. Skipskop also offers guests an individual braai area, sparkling pool, trampoline and DStv, as well as covered parking.

There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area to keep you busy including country walks, mountain biking, quad bike trails, birdlife, game drives and fishing.
