The Sleepy Gecko Guesthouse is situated right in the heart of trendy Melville in Johannesburg. It is within close proximity to SABC, the leading news agencies, and other vibrant centres such as Rosebank, Sandton and Randburg, making this the place to stay for local and foreign travellers.

The guest house was built in the 1930s as two semi-detached houses. It have now been combined to create a single building. It consists of four large bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and a further two executive suites at the rear of the property, which have separate sleeping and lounge areas.

The main house also has a lounge or a reception room, a dining room and a large veranda overlooking the stunning hot South African garden. There is a Martini Ledge swimming pool where guests can sip cocktails while enjoying the afternoon sun.
