We offer rooms in the house on a per person basis and if the booking is for 5 or 6 guests, you get exclusive use of the property. This fully furnished house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and features an open-plan lounge. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed in each, however, the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. The remaining rooms share the second bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals in. The lounge also has comfortable couches and a TV with DStv connectivity. Full DStv viewing can be arranged at an extra cost. The living area leads to the backyard for guests to make use of. Free uncapped Wi-Fi Internet is provided as well.

Somerset Summer House is conveniently located in the suburb of Somerset Ridge, which is within easy access to the R44 and N2 highways. Strand beach is approximately 12 to 15 minutes away. Stellenbosch and Cape Town International Airport are located 20 to 35 minutes drive away.
