Our 100 square metre furnished, equipped, spacious and stunning suburban space has all you need. The space is on our property, situated in Walmer, in a well established leafy, family neighbourhood.
The space is completely separate from the main house, is private and peaceful. Equipped with DStv, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The portable braai and lovely undercover outdoor seating area onto the garden is great for guests. There is a king sized four poster bed and an open-plan kitchen to the lounge. Work area with a desk and day bed with place for 2 kids to sleep is also available. There is a large bathroom with a shower. Secure off street parking accessed by remote gate in the property with an electric fence. Access to the swimming pool by arrangement. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage boys live on the property. Our dog, Libby and cat, Kitzhoff also reside at the property.
Attractions in the area include Algoa Grand Prix Indoor Go-Karting, Beachfront Traders, and Bird Watching Walk in Settlers Park.
