St Malo 12

St Malo 12 is a lovely self-catering duplex located in the secure St Malo complex, just a short walk from the beach in Umdloti.

The duplex can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a double bed and a shower en suite. The second and third bedrooms each contain two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The air-conditioned dining area contains a four-seater round dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a flat-screen TV.

The living area has sliding doors opening to a patio with outdoor seating and weber braai facilities. The patio leads to a swimming pool, and a deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs ideal for dining alfresco.
