St. Tropez A

St. Tropez A is a self-catering apartment located in Margate North, about 300 metres from the beach.

This apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living area is open-plan. The main bedroom comprises a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There is also one fan.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast counter with chairs. The dining area seats up to six guests and the living area has a comfortable lounge set, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area leads to a lovely patio with patio furniture and sea views.

The complex has a communal pool and braai facilities. Covered parking for one vehicle is available and guest parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are water tanks in the complex that serve as an emergency supply if the municipality's supply is not available.
