This house has four bedrooms (sleeps 12) with the following breakdown: Room 1: Queen sized bed and single bunk beds,Room 2: Queen bed and two single beds,Room 3: Two single beds,Room 4: One Queen bed.There is a large kitchen, spacious living area, indoor patio (smoking area) with small gas braai and another outdoor braai area. There are two bathrooms (one with a shower and bath, the other with a toilet and shower over bath) and a third, separate toilet. The lounge has a snooker table, and wifi is available. This is a budget family accommodation; the house is quite old but functional. The house is pet friendly and has a huge, fenced in garden. Managers live on the property and are able to assist you with any bookings for activities or problems you may have. A cash deposit of R1500 is required at check in. This is fully refundable in the case of no damages/loss. Daily serving can be arranged. PLEASE NOTE: The house has a strict noise policy. Due to the close proximity of neighbours, we ask out guests to be mindful at all times. Sun ? Thurs, no noise after 10pm, Fri ? Sat, limited noise from 10pm and no noise after 12am.
