Located almost dead centre of the Agulhas Plain you can easily explore the magnificence of the Strandveld and beyond.
Activities include fishing ? some of the country's best sea fishing spots all around the Agulhas coast as well as diving and spear fishing. Small mouth bass makes fresh water fishing an interesting option too.
Struisbaai, L'agulhas and ?Die Damme? are all within easy distance if a day at the beach is what you prefer. The vleis and natural wetlands will delight any birdwatcher with sights of Marshall Eagles, Fish Eagles and smaller raptors as well as Flamingo's, African Black Oystercatchers and Blue Cranes.
For nature lovers, this unique area can be explored by foot or bike. Take a vineyard walk or enjoy the pristine fynbos and beautiful views whilst cycling on remote gravel roads.
