We didn't stay at Sunset Place but at the Ebenhauser Farm 14.5 K's out of Phillipolis. I was informed that it was an upgrade but there was no Wifi or TV which I took for granted as all establishments offer these facilities. The road was terrible and not suitable for my car. The owner was not very friendly and when we arrived and complained about the road and the lack of Wifi she suggested we cancel our booking. Note she did not offer to refund as I had paid in full which I would have accepted and found alternative accommodation. However I was not prepared to lose the money I had paid. I conducted business transactions on my trip and she flatly refused to let me use her facilities at Sunset Place where we were supposed to have stayed. Instead I had to use Mr Proctor Sim's wifi and another establishment to conduct my business. Originally she had offered breakfast and dinner and even sent menu's. This offer was no longer available and I was only informed on the 8th of January. Terrible way to do business and people skills are totally lacking.
