At the white Umgeni River mouth, Blue Lagoon Beach is Durban's most popular fishing locale, with La Lucia and Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve offering long, tranquil walks along empty sands. The Sunset View was great. Lovely guest house with great views. Herbert and Margarete were superb hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend it.

What a beautiful place... Lovely hosts as well that made our stay homely and enjoyable! The place is clean and tranquil and it's a pity the stay was short lived!! But we will definitely call again.. Thank you to Hebert and Margaret for their hospitality!! You were great!



A big thank you to Herbert and Margaret for the hospitality. We the Stewart family from Johannesburg had a great time. Property was neat and tidy and garden well maintained. Will surely revisit Sunset View. Oops I forgot the dog Hijack and cat Sofia who were so well behaved.
