This ground-floor apartment in the complex has partial sea views and is only 250 m from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge area. It also has its own private balcony with braai facilities. There is safe undercover parking for one vehicle inside the complex.

The Uvongo beach area is beautiful and the waterfall is a truly grand sight, with canoes on the lagoon and waves crashing into the tidal pool. The Natal Parks Board operates the Skyline Nature Reserve in Uvongo. The River Reserve starts at the tennis courts in Uvongo and the Oribi Gorge is spectacular. This is the region's most famous scenic drive.

Very neat and good security, although the flat is too small for four people and no braai facilities on balconies makes it inconvenient.
