Sunset Beach Hotel

The Sunset Beach Hotel is situated on a granitic presque d'ile with a pristine golden beach on the northwest cost of Mahe. It overlooks the Indian Ocean, the spectacular bay of Beau Vallon and the mysterious islands of Silhouette and L' Ile du Nord. The hotel has been rated the World Travel Awards of Seychelles Best Boutique Hotel in two consecutive years - 2007 and 2008.

The hotel is a long established and handsomely refurbished Seychelles boutique retreat offering tasteful peace and privacy in a beautiful rock promontory shaded with large trees in a cove setting. We offer 28 tastefully furnished rooms in total, compromising 15 Ocean View Rooms, nine Junior Suites and two luxury Rooms. All rooms overlook the ocean and have patios, satellite TVs, air-conditioning, safes, minibars, hairdryers and tea and coffee-making facilities.

There is a pathway that leads down to a beautiful, secluded, sandy beach while an attractive pool and sun deck set above the rocks offer an alternative venue for sunbathing and swimming. The beach offers excellent snorkelling and all snorkelling equipment is provided free of charge. We have a magnificent 'Sunset on the Rocks' bar and restaurant that overlook the ocean.
