It is within walking distance from Villa Sunshine Guest House in Kei Apple Road, Sea Point.  The apartments are furnished and decorated by an interior designer, and gives you the feeling of being in a home away from home with all the comforts of an upmarket establishment. All the furnishing are of the highest quality and it has a very modern design.  The complex is small and exclusive, and offers a large swimming pool with BBQ area, a fully equipped gym and a laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers. A private parking bay is available for your use within the secured complex. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurant and beaches, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood where you will feel completely comfortable and relaxed.

Thank you to Lydia who was absolutely fantastic and very patient. We enjoyed the evening tremendously.

Most enjoyable visit by

The room was most comfortable including the outside area. Help was readily available, and both friendly and efficient. The wi-Fi was NOT wonderful at all, and could be improved. Otherwise, the apartment was well supplied with everything needed, and was clean. Altogether, a most enjoyable visit.

Pleasantly surprised by

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation (unit 1). Beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (showers only). The kitchen was small but very well equipped with everything we needed. The large wooden deck with direct access to the pool area was a huge bonus! Lerato went out of her way to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for this special lady. We would love to stay again.

The at home feeling by

The room and the fact that it was so at home feeling and closed to everything. It really felt like my own apartment. The staff was so friendly and nice. Overall really enjoyed my stay. Planning on coming back very soon.
