Swakop Helios Place

Swakop Helios Place is a freshly renovated and furnished one-bedroom first-floor holiday apartment about 900 metres from the sea and in walking distance from the town centre of Swakopmund, Namibia's prime seaside resort town. It offers you one of the best value-for-money accommodation options in Swakopmund!

The apartment is North facing, so lots of light comes in! The apartment faces the courtyard, so there is no street noise. There is no lift in the building so you must be able to walk the stairs to the first floor.

This apartment sleeps up to four guests and prices vary according to the number of occupants. Two people can sleep in a double bed in the bedroom, while another two can use the double sleeper couch in the lounge. There is a full bathroom in the apartment and an open-plan kitchen with fridge, two-plate stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat. The lounge has a nice, wicker dining table set for four people and a writing desk. Bedding and one set of towels per person are provided. Please note, there is no DStv-connection at this stage.

It comes with a garage for parking and shops are five minutes away. There is more street parking in front of the building but inside the yard, only one vehicle is allowed for this apartment. Strict adherence to this rule is enforced.
