Swartberg Street Guest House is situated in the charming little town of Laingsburg, a year-round holiday destination set between rugged hills and vast plains.We offer five fully furnished self-catering units ranging in size. The units are equipped with comfortable double- or single beds, kitchens, lounge areas with DStv and braai facilities. All bed linen and towels are provided. This friendly town is located at the gateway to the Great Karoo, offering proud tradition of old-fashioned hospitality. This is the perfect place to just relax and get away from the busy city life. There are some tourist attractions to explore, such as our Flood Museum and artwork remembering the 1981 flood.Our monthly farmers market is definitely a place to be, held on every last Saturday morning of the month. The products range from freshly baked goodies, meat, meals prepared for the freezer as well as flowers and crafts.Meals are available at Herambi Guest House and should be booked prior to arrival with the establishment.Breakfast is available as an optional extra for R75.00 per person.Lunch-packs are available as an optional extra for R100.00 per person.A 3-course dinner with juice is available as an optional extra for R175.00 per person.Reception is open 24 hours a day. Office hours are from 07:00 to 21:00, after that the night-guard will be available to check guests in.Please note all check-ins are to be done at Herambi Guest House.
