Tanya's Place, 44 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

Tanya's Place, located in Zinkwazi Beach, is a modern double storey holiday home, just a short walk from the beach and the lagoon; come make memories!

This lovely unit comprises a spacious open-plan living area, including a lounge, dining room and kitchen, which flow out onto a patio with a sparkling pool (netted, for the kids' safety) in a private garden. The kitchen has everything you need for an enjoyable self-catering holiday, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery and cutlery, and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble-dryer available.

There are three en-suite bedrooms in the home, each of which is en-suite and is equipped with ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. The first bedroom contains a double bed and full en-suite; the second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with shower; while the third bedroom boasts two three-quarter beds and an en-suite with shower. For your convenience, all linen is supplied; you need only bring beach and bath towels with you.

Additional facilities provided include DStv and a braai, and the property is both gated and fenced-in, and has an alarm system, automated gate, and access to armed response. The home is serviced between Monday and Saturday (additional cost). Guests are welcome to make use of the pool and downstairs area, and the owners only ask that you make allowance for their dog and cat, Tara and Gin, who rule the roost.

The owners are a retired couple who live upstairs and may be on the premises when you stay at Tanya's Place. The would be delighted to answer any questions you may have about the area, or help with planning your activities. Otherwise the only time you may overlap space with the owners is at the laundry facilities downstairs.
