The Breakers 228 is situated in The Breakers Resort which is based along Umhlanga Rocks.

The apartment accommodates four guests and consists of one double bed and two single beds. There is a separate lounge area with DStv and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied but not beach towels. The unit is serviced daily Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Room service is available on request.

The Breakers Resort has swimming pools, a restaurant, hair salon, spa, and gym or for the water lovers, there is surfing, deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving.
