The Breakers Hotel is based in Umhlanga Rocks, Lagoon Drive.

This is a third-floor studio apartment with one bathroom. This apartment has no balcony. The studio incorporates the bedroom, open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen; with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob (no oven), and crockery and cutlery. The unit has air-conditioning, selected DStv channels, a built in safe, and telephone facilities. Linen and bath towels are provided however beach towels are not.

The access to the unit are stairs in the front block, there is one undercover parking and limited open parking and parking for trailers; subject to availability. There is direct beach access from the property. The unit is serviced Monday to Saturdays; excluding public holidays. One has access to all the Hotel facilities.
