The Copper GuesthouseTsumeb, Oshikoto, Namibia Bed and Breakfast | (POA) |
The Copper Guesthouse has been accommodating people for 15 years, and still going strong, with nine rooms, we have in order for us to personally be available for our guests.
Not only will you be looked after with the utmost attention, but it will feel like your home away from home. Your heart will enjoy the comfort and familiarity of people who care for you and your journey while traveling through Namibia. In our property, you will find safe in-property parking, a security guard at night and electrified fencing above our tall walls.
Our rooms are clean and spacious enough for any typical traveler to feel satisfied with. We have air conditioning, DStv hotel lite bouquet channels, very strong Wi-Fi and a large shallow depth pool for every age to enjoy.
We are centrally located in Tsumeb and so, therefore, you will be five minutes. walk from banks, shops, and a hospital. We have a Tsumeb Museum which you can walk to from us and on that walk, you will pass an arts and crafts center too. The town of Tsumeb has an interesting mining history which includes the now abandoned De Wet Skag (mine shaft) which is the signature beacon of our little town.
In town, we have a little variety of coffee shops and a very old park with big old trees. Close to town, we have the Guineas Lake and the more famous Otjikoto Lake. Otjikoto Lake has a cave that leads to an underground river. Its depth has not been estimated yet and in history, soldiers dumped machinery in it. Come and enjoy the nostalgia and grace of an old town.
