The Doll House, 16 Palm Drive

A cosy little house with easy access to the south beach. A very private home, ideal for a small family it is well equipped and comfortable.

You can braai privately on the veranda which is undercover.

The following is provided:
Braai: Webber.
DSTV: active decoder and card provided.
Pool: private pool with no fencing or net, cover only.
Maid: the house is not serviced, rent a maid from the service company.
Parking: one lock-up garage and more enclosed parking.
Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living rooms have ceiling fans and the bedrooms have air-conditioners.
All bedrooms have built-in cupboards & hangers. Linen is provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels.

A reasonably flat walk to main swimming beach or drive and park in the parking provided.

The house is flat, no stairs except a few to the pool. The house is secure with gate, palisade fencing, burglar guards, beams, alarm and armed response.

House contains: Kitchen, dining room, lounge, covered veranda and pool.

Kitchen: microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, cookery and crockery.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps six, suitable for four adults and two children, could house two additional small kids on mattresses by arrangement.

Bedrooms: First bedroom has one queen bed with en-suite, shower, bath, and basin. The second bedroom has two single beds.

Third bedroom has one bunk bed suitable for children.

Bathrooms:
First bathroom is en-suite to main bedroom with shower, basin and toilet. Second bathroom is shared by bedrooms two and three, it has a bath, toilet, and basin.
