This cosy flat is private from the main house and has its own veranda with slight sea views. It has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The flat has a double bed and bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Linen supplied, please bring towels and beach towels. This units is ideal for two adults, it is well equipped and secured. Parking is off street, but open. The house is rented separately and when there are visitors in the house, flat tenants will not have access to the pool. Self-clean or rent a maid from local cleaning agents. No TV or laundry facilities available, stairs to access the unit.

Minimum stay: Out of season: three nights. Mid-season: three ? five nights. In-season: four to seven nights.
Peak season: 14+ nights should you include Christmas and New Year OR 10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th on wards as available. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owners have their primary booking confirmed.

Additional charges: Admin fee once off. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages. Departure cleaning fee.
