I was very upset when we arrived there at 14:30 and our room was not cleaned and ready yet. If you state that check in time is 14:00, your room should be ready, no excuses. At reception when checking in they did not realize I already paid the room rate as quoted R750 and told me it was R675 outstanding. I am not sure how this works if you get charged extra by using Safari. Furthermore we had a good stay.
